Metinvest receives competition approval to raise coal self-sufficiency
Metinvest has received the right to acquire nine enterprises engaged in the production and sale of coking coal, says the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
The steelmaker will take control over firms including Industrial Coal Holding, mine administrator Pokrovskoe, concentrating plant Svyato-Varvarinskaya, and mine-building company Mine Svyato-Pokrovskaya No.3.
