Metinvest increases slab output amid demand recovery
Metinvest increased crude steel production in the third quarter by 22% on-quarter to 2.19 million tonnes due to greater hot metal production at Azovstal and Ilyich Steel. In January-September it rose 4% on-year to 6.15mt, Kallanish notes.
