Merrill Steel suffers cyber attack
US steel fabricator and erector Merrill Steel endured a ransomware attack that happened late last year, Kallanish reports.
According to a statement from Merill Steel, an unauthorised one-day long ransomware attack on 22 November resulted in the compromising of confidential employee data including names, addresses, bank information, and social security numbers.
