Fourth-quarter benchmark ferrochrome price falls: Merafe
South Africa-listed Merafe Resources Limited (MRL) says the European benchmark ferrochrome price for the fourth quarter has been settled at $1.496/lb, a 17.2% decrease from Q3.
At the end of June, the firm announced the European benchmark ferrochrome price for the third quarter at $1.80/lb, a 16.7% decrease from Q2 (see Kallanish passim).
