MENA,US lead Turkey's rebar export drop in June
Turkish rebar exports continued declining on-year in June, driven by a plunge in shipments to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and the USA, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
June's rebar export volume came in at 449,286 tonnes, down -30.4% on-year. The overall average value/tonne of these exports fell to $427/t from $439/t a year earlier.
