Mechel's third-quarter coal, steel output fall on repairs

Russian miner and steelmaker Mechel saw a reduction in output of most products in the third quarter due to equipment overhauls and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Sales volumes fell for washed coal, ferrosilicon, long and flat rolled steel products and stampings.
