Mechel supplies rails for Moscow Ring Railway

Mechel’s Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant has produced 90 kilometres of rails for the Moscow Ring Railway, Kallanish learns from the steelmaker. Rails of type P65 were delivered by Chelyabinsk.  Moscow Ring Railway used 800 metre-long rail, hardened at Chelyabinsk using a special polymer solution for strength.
