Mechel's Chelyabinsk to supply rails for Moscow Metro

Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant, a unit of Russian miner and steelmaker Mechel, has won a tender to supply rails for the Moscow Metro, Kallanish learns from a Mechel statement.
