Mechel’s BMK resumes production of galvanized wire
Mechel's Beloretsk steelworks (BMK) has resumed production of galvanized wire, says the company’s trading arm, Mechel-Service.
Production restarted in accordance with the GOST 3282-74 standard, galvanized class 1, heat-treated and without heat treatment, with diameters from 1-6mm, wound in coils with rosette laying of coils (rosettes), weighing up to 1,000 kg, Kallanish notes.
