Mechel-Service delivers steel for ice palace construction
Mechel’s trading arm, Mechel-Service, supplied 5,000 tonnes of steel for the construction of an ice palace in the Russian city of Omsk, Kallanish notes.
Rolled steel supplied for construction includes rebar, beams, sheet and sections, which were produced at Mechel’s Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant (ChMK).
Earlier, the company supplied steel for the construction of the hockey academy of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) Avangard in Omsk.
