Mechel increases domestic iron ore deliveries in Jan-Oct
Mechel’s Korshunov mining plant increased significantly its domestic iron ore concentrate supplies from January to October, Kallanish learns from the Russian steelmaker.
Domestic market shipments of iron ore concentrate increased by almost 25% on-year to 2.3 million tonnes.
Iron ore output for this period rose by 4.5% to 6.8mt, while concentrate production grew by 1.2% to 2.3mt.
