Mechel seeks further bond restructuring
Mechel plans to restructure its series 16 bonds, Kallanish learns from the company. The company intends to offer bondholders the chance to change the current payment schedule and reconsider the order of determining the coupon rate for future periods.
The general meeting of bondholders will be held by correspondence on 3 August. The list of persons entitled to take part in the general meeting of bondholders will be made on 22 July.
