Mechel develops rail supply ties with Kyrgyzstan
Russia’s Mechel tells Kallanish that it is establishing formal relations with the Kyrgyzstan national railway company Kyrgyz Temir Zholu (KTZ).
The miner and steelmaker has signed a protocol of intent on development of ties with KTZ in Bishkek last week on the side-lines of the Sixth Russian-Kyrgyz Inter-Region Conference. The protocol is for a term of five years, Mechel confirms.
