Mechel capitalises on coking coal surge in Q4
Mechel reported a -4% on-quarter decline in long product shipments in the fourth quarter of 2016 to 730,000 tonnes. Flats sales surged 43% to 141,000t thanks to increased orders for high-margin products like stainless.
