Mechel appoints 32-year old chief financial officer
Russia’s Mechel has made a key managerial appointment following the company’s recent financial dramas surrounding the restructuring of its corporate debt.
Mechel has appointed 32-year old Sergey Rezontov as its new chief financial officer. Rezontov has headed Mechel’s finance department since 2014, prior to which he was cfo and deputy chief executive of Lysva Metallurgical Company.
