McDermott sheds US pipe fabricator
McDermott International has divested its The Shaw Group pipe fabrication assets, Kallanish learns from buyer Ithaca Acquisitions Holding.
The Shaw Group has been renamed Shaw Acquisitions Holdings. It includes 2 million square feet of fabrication facilities in Louisiana, Arkansas, Utah, South Carolina, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
