MCC22 to sell Tangshan Stainless Steel equity
China MCC22 Group Corporation intends to transfer its full 23.89% stake in Tangshan Stainless Steel, according to the information on the Beijing Equity Exchange.
MCC22 did not set a base price for the transaction, but initially intends to decide the price through face-to-face negotiation with interested parties, Kallanish notes. The deadline for disclosure of the transfer information is 24 December this year.
