MCC supplies rolling mill to DANA Steel
MCC SFRE in early July signed an equipment supply agreement with DANA Steel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Under the agreement, MCC SFRE will supply the mill with a flat product rolling mill to process widths up to 1,380mm. The equipment will be able to roll coils with thickness up to 3mm into flat products with a minimum thickness of 0.1mm.
The rolling speed of 0.1mm ultra-thin flats can be stabilized at 1,250 metre/min, Kallanish notes.
