Maruichi Leavitt lifts pipe, tube prices
US tubulars producer Maruichi Leavitt is raising prices for its products due to rapidly rising prices for hot rolled coil as well as strong demand, Kallanish learns from the company.
The company says new orders for A513 mechanical tubing, A500 HSS structural tubing, A53 hollow structural sections (HSS), and A53 standard ERW pipe will see increases of $150/short ton. Previous orders will be price protected on shipments through 5 April.
