Marubeni-Itochu integrates Indonesian subsidiaries
Japanese steelmaker Marubeni-Itochu Steel reports on its official website that it will integrate two Indonesian subsidiaries in May.
The two steel subsidiaries are PT United Steel Center Indonesia (USC) and PT Posmi Steel Indonesia. The integration is aimed at further strengthening the company's steel processing business in Indonesia as it positions Indonesia as a priority market, Kallanish notes.
