Marlin Steel acquires wire handling company
Maryland-based Marlin Steel Wire Products has acquired nearby wire handle company Baltimore Automatic Wire Forming Corp (BAWFC), Kallanish reports.
"During this new acquisition, Marlin looks forward to meeting our client’s needs and upholding the BAWFC legacy of quality for decades to come. We did it for the last 50 years and Marlin will do it for the next 50 years," says BAWFC's president Charlie Jenkins, who will be joining Marlin Steel.
