Wide offer range undermines Turkish imported scrap hikes
Imported scrap prices in Turkey are seen following a stable trend, although trading activity remains quite weak.
Turkish mills, already struggling with higher costs following the recent rises seen in energy prices, as well as with weak finished steel sales, are refusing to pay a higher price for scrap.
