Marcegaglia increases transport charges
Italian re-roller Marcegaglia is pushing up its freight costs for welded tube from black, pickled, polished and galvanized strip, effective from 20 December, Kallanish learns from the company.
Some other re-rollers in Italy are implementing similar moves due to skyrocketing costs of transport and the current shortage of heavy-duty vehicles.
