Malaysia's steel price index rises in December 2023
The price index of steel in Malaysia recorded an increase between 0.2-1.8% in December, 2023 as compared to the previous month, Kallanish notes.
The Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) says in a statement that the price index per unit of steel also increased between 0.5-4.6% in December 2023 as compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.
