Malaysia's property transaction value hits new high
Malaysia's property transactions hit a new high in 2023, with total value rising 9.9% to MYR 196.83 billion ($41.61 billion) from 2022, Kallanish notes.
The National Property Information Center (NAPIC) says in a statement that the number of property transactions also recorded a positive growth of 2.5% to 399,008 in
