Malaysia’s property market improves in third quarter
Property market activity recorded 108,955 transactions worth MYR 57.15 billion ($12.13 billion) in the third quarter, Kallanish notes.
This indicated an increase of 3.7% in volume and 22.6% in value compared to a year ago, according to the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH) in Malaysia.
