Malaysia's Eversandai joins JV in Saudi
Malaysia's Eversendai Corporation Berhad (ECB) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Arabia's Algihaz to form a joint venture (JV) in executing structural steel projects in the kingdom, notes Kallanish.
The new entity's name will be Eversendai Algihaz Structures LLC and will explore the possibility to establish a steel fabrication facility with 60,000 tonnes/year capacity near Riyadh.
