Malaysia’s car production falls on-month in April
Malaysia’s car production fell 14.98% to 56,895 units in April, from 66,923 units in March, in line with lower monthly car sales, Kallanish notes.
The Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) says in a statement that car production increased by 38% from 41,160 units a year ago.
From January to April, total car production rose 12% to 267,326 units from 239,554 units a year earlier.
