Malaysian steel firms hope duties will boost profits
Malaysian steel companies expect to see better margins in the coming year thanks to duties like those imposed on rebar and wire rod this week. Analysts are upgrading the outlook of companies like Ann Joo Resources, which are already returning to profit this year, Kallanish notes.
