Malaysia may support Lion’s debt restructuring
Malaysia’s apparently defunct Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (CDRC) may still have a role to play in pulling Lion Group subsidiary Megasteel out of the mire, according to local media reports. The organisation was apparently retired in 2013 but a series of defaults at Lion Group subsidiaries may be unfinished business for the group, Kallanish notes.
