Malaysia imposes anti-dumping duties on Chinese PC wire

The Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) of Malaysia has made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling against stranded steel wires for prestressing concrete imported from China, Kallanish notes. The products involved come under HS code 7312.10.91.00. Chinese company Silvery Dragon Prestressed Materials Co. will face a 4.46% duty, and Tianjin Dalu Steel Strand for Prestressed Co. will face a 9.41% duty. The duty for all other exporters is 21.72%.…
