Malaysia delays HRC duty decision
Malaysian trade authorities say they will not announce a decision on whether to impose new duties on imports of hot rolled coil until January. Debate over the duties has been heated as local associations have turned against HRC producer Megasteel, which requested the investigation, Kallanish notes.
