Majestic buys West Coast service centre
Cleveland, Ohio-based steel service centre chain Majestic Steel USA has bought West Coast service centre Merit Steel USA, Kallanish reports.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Merit is based in Pittsburg, California, and operates centres in Fontana, California, and Longview, Washington.
