Magnetite Mines appoints new chair
ASX-listed Magnetite Mines announced on Wednesday 13 September the appointment of Jim McKerlie, who joined the Board in January 2022, as Chair of the Board, Kallanish learns.
He will take the post from 25 September 2023. McKerlie will succeed Mark Eames who is retiring and will not stand for re-election as a Director of Magnetite Mines at the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
