Maghreb Steel to issue bonds after debt refinancing
Moroccan flat products producer, Maghreb Steel (MS), is expected to issue bonds for MAD 895 million ($90.7m) in order to relaunch the company, Kallanish learns from local media. The project is reportedly followed by international law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright, and is expected to be evaluated by the Moroccan Ethics Council for Securities (CDVM) in the upcoming weeks.
