Magang starts building pellet plant
Ma’anshan Iron & Steel (Magang) has started construction of a belt roaster for pellet production in the southern part of its ironmaking plant, Kallanish notes.
Magang has set aside 504 square metres for the new pellet plant, which will have a 4 million tonnes/year capacity. The 17-month planned construction period will end on 30 November 2021.
