Magang marks coke plant completion
China’s Ma’anshan Iron & Steel (Magang) held a completion ceremony last week for the coking plant in the south area of its plant in Ma’anshan city, marking the official commissioning, Kallanish notes.
The main two 7-metre 50-oven coking batteries of the plant started construction in November 2019, and were put into production last November (see Kallanish passim).
