Macro Metals discovers hematite mineralisation at Goldsworthy East
Australian miner Macro Metals has discovered hematite mineralisation at its Goldsworthy East iron ore project in Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that surface scree hematite mineralisation was found proximal to a southern gravity anomaly modelled to occur within 30m of the surface.
A detailed second phase mapping and sampling program is planned for late July with the aim of identifying in-situ mineralisation.
