Macquarie foresees nickel prices at around $18,000-$20,000/tonne in 2024.
The risk to its price forecasts has shifted to the downside given the still weak economic outlook, the large nickel capacity overhang and the potential for cash costs to fall, the financial services firm says in its latest report sent to Kallanish.
