Luoyuan Minguang starts to enlarge steelmaking capacity
China’s Fujian Luoyuan Minguang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd (Luoyuan Minguang) started a new high-speed wire production project on 9 November to increase steel rolling capacity, Kallanish notes.
