Lower scrap prices consolidate, Turkish mills decrease rebar
The slump in Turkish scrap import prices was consolidated on Friday with two further fresh bookings, while rebar mills lowered quotes again in attempt to kickstart non-existent export deals, market participants tell Kallanish.
