Low demand increases pressure on Turkish rod prices
Turkish wire rod producers continue to face low demand in export markets. This, coupled with increasing pressure on prices, forced them to further drop export prices last week.
Mesh quality wire rod prices, which stood at $460-470/tonne fob the previous week, dropped to $455-465/t fob last week.
