LME appoints new steel committee members
The London Metal Exchange (LME) has appointed three new members to its steel committee as it moves closer to the launch of two new ferrous contracts in November, Kallanish notes.
The new members are Spencer Johnson from financial services provider INTL FCStone, Phillip Killicoat of Goldman Sachs Commodities, Gianpiero Repole, commercial director at Liberty Commodities and William Schmiedel from Sims Group Global Trade Corporation.
