Liyang Baorun receives stainless project’s environmental permit
Liyang Baorun Iron & Steel has received the environmental impact approval for its stainless steel project from the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangsu in east China, Kallanish notes.
The new plant will be built at the existing site of the bankrupt Jiangsu Shente Iron and Steel, following the demolition of the latter’s current facilities including blast furnaces and converters.
