Liugang announces steel plant relocation capacity details
Southwestern China’s Liuzhou Iron & Steel Group (Liugang) has released the capacity replacement details for its relocation scheme to Fangchenggang city, according to Guangxi provincial Economy & Information Commission.
The plan has received approval from the government with a validity period of two years from 8 December 2017. This appears to be a more definite than the steelmaker’s long, drawn-out relocation plan, Kallanish notes.
