Liu'an to commission first phase by end-July
Liu'an Steel Holding Group (Liu'an) aims to complete the coking, sintering, rolling and steelmaking facilities of its first phase steelworks project during the first half of this year. Before the end of July, it hopes the first phase will be commissioned, Kallanish notes.
