Litel Participações reduces shareholding in Vale
Vale says that shareholder Litel Participações has reduced its stake in the company to 17.23%.
“Vale was made aware that Litel decreased the number of common shares by 95,167,645 common shares and now manages a total of 883,579,219, representing 17.23% of this class of share,” says Vale in a note seen by Kallanish.
