Linyi Yichen starts to produce nickel-chromium alloy
Linyi Yichen Nickel-Chrome Alloy Co. in Shandong has put its first rotary kiln electric furnace (RKEF) into production, Kallanish notes.
The project’s first phase will house four RKEFs, producing metal with nickel content of 9%-11%. “Compared with traditional craftsmanship, the cost is reduced by about 40%,” the company says.
