Linyi Yichen changes name with new investment
Linyi Yichen Nickel-Chrome Alloy Co. in Shandong has completed its name change and introduced a new controlling shareholder – Shandong Linyi City Development Group.
The new company name translates to “Linyi City Development Steel-based New Material Technology Company”, Kallanish notes. The controlling shareholder, Linyi City Development Group, holds 57.1429% of the company's shares.
