Linyi Xinjiangquan Steel shuts down round bar mills
Linyi Xinjiangquan Metal Materials in Shandong province has shut down production of its blast furnaces and converters this week and stopped two bar production lines. This is because the steelmaker removed its production capacity to Linyi Iron & Steel Group, which is near to commissioning, and the production capacity of Xinjiangquan therefore needs to be eliminated, Kallanish notes.
